I just said "F*** It!" and bought a Predator and PC adapter. I spent $320 for the enitire package with shipping and all. We'll see if this can entertain me for awhile! Lol.

PC adapter - does that allow you to download new tunes or custom tune?
I paid more than that for my Hypertech.

 

You can store a ton of your custom tunes on your PC and load/unload them from your Predator. You can also call a Diablo Performance shop and have them email you a custom tune based on what you need. I emailed a local shop today about prices. I'll let you guys know what it will cost for this.

 

Oh and it was used hence the price, I just lucked out on finding one that someone wasn't trying to make a buck on.

 

Sell the hypertech,buy a predator.Yes u can also save your tunes to the predator and upload them to ur computer for easy viewing and custom tuning.

 

JCB Let me know how that custom tune from the cmr dealer go's. I have been needing one for a long *** time. I tried to contact one shop out in my area and got no response.

I've been thinking about buying a Predator for my truck. I'm not racing it anymore so I hate to go and get a custom tune done. I also wanna be able to switch back and forth between regular and premium octane cause I'm thinking about switching back to regular. I just payed $3.33 a gallon for premium last night!!!

 

I'm in the same boat 72Charger, if i run short on cash I don't want to have to limit my driving until I can afford to fill the tank with permium again, lol. Plus I like to f*** with things on my truck. Thats how you learn (and break sh*t), lol.
