The wife bought me a dremel tool for Father's Day, so I put it to use! Basically, I beveled theinside edges where my intake goes on, ground down the throttle stop so it can go fullopen atWOT, and I ground down thathump about 1/4" inchin frontofthe blade, then smoothed everything out.

The difference is amazing!!! The best free mod yet!!!

It took me about 4 hours, it would've taken me 2, but the dremel kept dying, (cordless)...

A How-To is in the works, mutantz71 and I are going to port his when he gets back from San Antonio...
