I have an 07 Sierra Classic single cab v6. I want to put LED Light Strips under the dash to act as courtesy lights when you open the door only. I dont want to run them off a switch thats hot at all times. There are currently no courtesy lights under there or anything otherwise i would just wire them up to the existing lights. Any help on what i could safely tie them into?

The courtesy lights are connected with a wire from a power source, The other light wire terminal then goes to the door switchs (a wire to each switch), the door switch's other terminal connects to a ground. This lets it work from either door when opened.
