My wipers are only working on high and I have to time the turn off so that they stop at the bottom of the windsheild. This happened when I tried to turn on the wipers and the blades were frozen to the windsheild. I have already checked the fuses and relays. Since the wipers do work on high it does not seem to be the motor or the switch. What else is there???

Change the pulse control board on the motor......you burned it up when the wipers were stuck
