Default Jet Programmer

Recently got a Jet Programmer for my 06 Silverado and i'm a little confused as to how to CUSTOM tune the truck...does anyone have this programmer or have a programmer and has CUSTOM tuned their truck?

Trucks Mods:
06 Silverado 2wd 5.3L
AEM Brute Force Intake
Flowmaster Exhaust
3" Lift
32+ tires
17" wheels

Any suggestions will be appreciated

I do not have a Jet programmer, but I do have both the Hypertech 3 and a Superchips Flashpaq. Both have a type of custom tune option. It allows you to adjust your shift points ( Hypertech/ Superchips) and the line pressure (superchips) through your transmission to a certain extent. Now unless the Jet is way different then it should be the same. You gotta play with it. Hope this helps.
