Leveling Kit
i'd go ahead and just get keys. the only trucks that i've ever seen need shock brackets were 2500hd's that get too much lift and their shocks wont extend far enough to connect
but like charger said get it aligned after you do it for sure.

Don't screw the keys all the way, I've never heard good things about that. Just get the newkeys and 3" rear blocks with new u bolts to accomidate the lift,If you want to keep the slanted look. I'd recommend taking your truck into a shop and having a pro do it. Afterwards you WILL need an alignment. Get the alignment asap cuz I made the mistake of procrastinating and now my tires are freakin wedged...lol. Simple as that though, after everything your looking at roughly 275-300$

I had a BDS front leveling kit installed by 4-wheel pros last month. It is worth it if you dislike the front slant/rake. It also gave me room for bigger tires. You do need an alignment after the installation.
I cranked up my torsion bars and leveled out the front, got an alignment done about a day later and had the guy look it all over and he said i could still crank them up a bit but i decided not to so i dont wear out my front end to fast, but i still would have rather got the ford keys to lift it.
I am defently getting it alligned and instaled prfesionally, the truck is actually for one of our chevy lots, so I can get it all done free. I had just heard that if you went with the shock brackets you wouldn't loose as much suspension travel. So, i figured if that is true it would be worth the extra money to not loose it, considering we will probably sell the truck.
