Default lift advice needed

Is it possible to put 2500 or 3500 rear leaf springs on a 1500 with just replacing those and using the same mounts. I want to do this to add height in the rear and payload. for hauling loads not so much for towing

You may want to think about an add-a-leaf setup instead which will probably be a lot easier

Ahh Don't hack your nice truck... Buy a kit. Ad A Leaf. or an Air Bag system for over loads.

Ok. I thought about that to. im only looking for a few inches of lift. I cranked the torsion keys so the front end is leveled to the back. If i get the so-called leveling keys and just cranked those all the way will this possibly give me the same lift as the back with the add a leaf
