Default Lifting 2500 and using camper. Will it work?

I have a '07 2500 extended cab that I put my 9 1/2" Lance camper in. I also tow a Jeep at the same time. I love the truck with one exception, the ground clearance and approach angle. I was thinking of a 1 1/2"- 2 1/2" adjustable lift like Ready Lift for the front and blocks in the back. Would I see much difference in my ride and stability with my camper in once I do this? I am worrying about increased swaying.

Im not too familiar with the 07' model, but i believe you have coil overs up front. There should be coil over risers for your truck that will lift the front up level with the rear. As well it will stiffen your front suspension travel, give you better cornering and reduce sway. drop the axle, throw in 3" rear blocks with longer u bolts, get it aligned, and youve got a lifted hauling towing machine. Hope I helped. Oh and dont qoute me on everything, im going on what i know about the 1 ton, you might have a different setup with the 07' 2500. I did my best. Good luck!
