How difficult is it to install running lights(the lights found on the roof near the windshield) on a Silverado 1500?

I am also interested in this topic, I have an 06 2500 that for some reason doesn't have them and I don't know about you guys, but they looks sweet and just make the truck look twice as big

I've never done it, but I can't immagine it would be hard. Pull outthe headliner and an A-pillar, drill the holes in the roof, run wires and install a switch. Shouldn't be any more difficult than installing fog or driving lights.

Sounds easy. I'll let you know what happens. I may wait until spring. The weather in northeastern PA sucks now.
