Default A little problem I ran into

I have a 2006 1500 silverado extended cab. The truck came with nothing power. No power windows, locks, or mirrors. Well i have purchased a driver and passenger side door wire harness and 2006 silverado switches, and two 2006 regulators with motors. keep in mind that all the parts i ordered are OEM parts.(I ordered them from a Chevy dealership). Today i installed both wire harnesses. The speakers work fine but my RAP (Retained Accessory Power) is not working. If i turn my truck off and open my doors, with the old harness everything would shut off. Now with the new harnesses everything remains on (radio, dashboard lights, DOM light, not the actual engine itself) when i open my door. I am not sure why it is doing this and how to fix it.

HELP PLEASE!!!THANKS!!!

They are not door switches anymore. They are now drivers and passenger door modules which have to be programed. Bcm may need to be set up as well for the new options.

Thanks for the quick reply. There is a place for it to plug into the door like the old harness does so i figured it should work. How do i go about reprogramming it to make it work and is the driver and passenger side door modules the switches?(power windows, locks, and windows) I have not installed the window regulator yet due to me having to order 2006 master control for driver and passenger side.I have not received them yet so that may be a problem.
