Default need help with my 1999 silverado 4.3 v6

i have replacedvc, igniton coil, ignition control module, and this morning i replaced egr valve. the above items took care of starting issues when it was raining or moisture in the air,and the egr took care of the rough idle, and sluggish power. my issue now is thisnly on ocassion from start to accelerate i am notice a little bit of hesitation. when i get up to a speed of,and above 60 i feel the engine getting a litle sluggish and hesitating. i accelerate more and it quicks until i get a few more mph's and it does it again. until i reach a speed of 65 and it quits. and then periodically it does it on ocassion. i just cant figure it the pattern of the problem. its just sporadic. keep in mind i have also replaced the plug wires and i used platinum plugs-and the people who i bought off of forgot to tell me they didnt need to be gapped-he sold me a gap tool. i also have replaced the wires, and cap, and distributor as well. ANYONE with suggestions or advice please respond- i am at my wits end and about ready to take a shotgun to it.haha . just kidding
thanks beforehand,
KeithW

Other common tricks are to clean your TBI and maybe your fuel filter.

Hey Keith did you look into checking the TPS(throttle position sensor)?? And Im not sure if you have the MAF(mass air flow) sensor.

Default re: need help with my 1999 silverado 4.3 v6

UPDATE: THANKS for replying to my request on help.
here is what i failed to do when rplaced my plugs. i went to a subpar parts store and i wont divuldge the store name. when i asked for plugs for my particular truck i didnt go back with the factory replacement.
so i learned something- if you do repairs or maintenance on your car, truck-be sure to do your "homework" and go back with all factory parts regardless of the price. i spent 600 dollars fixing things that didnt need fixed, whereas if i only spent an additionla 4 dollars per plug and many headaches-i wouldnt have to request help.
Thanks again everyone,
Keith
