Default Maintenance

I recently bought a 2001 silverado 2500 4x4 witha 6.0L with 112k miles on the clock whenI pulled the carfax it said in 01/2005 it had 38k low miles so it seems someone drove the hell out of it the last few years or the carfax report just plain Lies! Anyway, I been going through the truck doing the maintenance as I dont have a clue whats been done by the previous owners.

So far I've Done:
[ul][*]Engine Oil and Filter: Mobil 1 5-30 and K&N Oil Filter[*]Air Filter: Wix[*]Cabin Air Filter: Wix .. BTW was nasty filthy! Yuk!!![*]Transmission Service: Drop Pan & Filter[*]Transfer Case: Drained and Refilled[*]Front & Rear Diff: Just Inspected and toped off ... prob should change fluid[*]Fuel Filter: Replaced[*]Sparkplugs: Replaced w/ NGK Iridium's[*]Plug Wires: Replaced w/ Taylor 8.2mm[/ul]I alsohad the Itermediate Steering Shaft replaced and Installed a TBS (Trans Dapt torque Curve) ... I got a bunch of plans for the truck but need to run through the truck and get it sound before I start dumping a ton of money on performance mods and Lifts and such, not being made of money and all hell otherwiseI would have bought brand new.I plan on going through:[ul][*]Radiator Service[*]A/C Service[*]Brake Service[/ul]
Anything else I'm Missing? I just gotta go through it as Money permits.

Ahh, yes the Belts Thanks Argon. Is 112k miles alot on this running gear 6.0L and 4L80E? To be Honest my last truck was a 89' S-10 and before that a 64 Chev Fleetside, So I really dont know my way around these new computerized Trucks and what to expect. One of my concerns is the Timing chain. On a old small block I'd be replacing it around the 100k mark not sure how long they last anymore. Really Appreciate the Input.
and, Cracker I allready changed the Blinkerfluid and Muffler Bearings i did'nt list em' as thats just common sence. Thanks anyway tho for the help!

I've heard of the timing chain going as far as 150K + without a problem. I wouldn't worry just yet. If it had that many miles put on it in a short time then they are prob mostly highways miles which aren't bad. I would do the differentials if I were you, especially the rear. Want a little boost in gas milage and throttle responce? Spray out the TB with Throttle Body Cleaner. By 100K they are usually black. Grease the front end real good too!
