Ok guys, there should be a lot of good suggestions here, so don't let me down.

Here is the truck: Black 2006 GMC Sierra 4x4Crew Cab Short box with the 6.6liter Duramax and Allison Tranny.

I am wondering what would be a good accessory to get for her. I want to get her chrome door handles and a billet grille, but she doesn't like anything flashy and is perfectly happy with her one-size-larger tires and her tail light bar as her only appearance modifications. (oh and step bars, but thats cuz she is 5ft tall)

I was thinking something along the lines of maybe a custom tune or a Bully Dog Power pup.
