I have an 02 z71 with a custom tune,modified air intake, K&N filter, plugs and wire, and a poweriad throttle body spacer. But I want some more torque and power so im thinking about a cam, any info on the performance gains would be appreciated.

Z06 cam or something with a small duration. Something around a 212/212 up to around a 218/218 on a 114 or higher LSA.
