Needle bearings on magnet of drain plug

Needle bearings on magnet of drain plug

Has anyone seen or heard of this? I had about ten needle bearings stuck on the magnet of the drain plug. I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado. What is the problem?

they came from the rocker arms...you need 16 new ons,and try to make sure all the needles are out of the pan
