i just installed my new throttle body last night. runs much smoother with a throatier sound. i seem to be getting better response and much better mileage so far.

 

That's good! I can't wait to put my throttle body back on my camaro. I cleaned off atleast 1/16 of an inch of carbon from the front and back of the throttle body...... I can't believe how filthy it was! Took like 2 hours to clean. Should pick up a lot of lost power there.

 

what kind of throttle body did you get? i thought about doing that to mine, but i was wondering if its worth the money

 

i got a rebuilt older one that had been ultrasonically cleaned with larger injectors.
