I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and I was wondering if I could fit this tire/wheel comboon my truck. My wheels are 8.5" with a +12 offset. I bought a level lift for the front end. Anybody have any info on this one? I don't mind doing a little trimming. Any is greatly appreciated... Thanks.

 

thats a 33x12... you should be able to get that with a little trimming and the level kit... you may not need trimming at all

I recently went to a garage/shop that specializes in 4x4s. I was told with a leveling kit I should be able to fit the 305-55-20s with no cutting and very little sticking out if I buy the correct wheel for them. The wheel they suggested cost $250 apiece!

 

Well, the wheel I bought is almost an exact stock offset. Instead of +24, its +12 to compensate for the extra width. (stock - 7" wide, mine - 8.5") It sounds like my prospects are getting better and better. I really want the higher profile instead of the 305/50's. i think it fills out the fenders much better.
