Default no overdrive after filter change

on a 1999 silverado i am getting a trans code of PO753- SHIFT SOLENOID A ELECTRICAL. This occurred right after a filter change. So I am guessing that I had caused a bad connection somewhere. Any idea where to start?

You are going to have to remove the trans pan and drop the filter again. Maybe when you installed the new filter you might have knocked a wire off one of the shift solinoids.Be careful when working with those, I found them a little fragile. You might want to replace both of them. They are about 20.00$ each. There are installation instructions on you-tube. Just type in '4L60 shift solinoid install'.Its not all that hard.
