Well in that case, your oxygen still has a purple wire running to the ECM on pin A10, but you have two more wires for a heated 02 sensor. Personally, I don't know if that's what actually came in your truck, but these diagrams have wires here that would allow for a heated 02 sensor.

There should be three wires going to your sensor. Black, Pink with a white tracer, and a purple wire. The purple wire goes to pin A10 on the ECM, Pink/White goes off to a splice somewhere (Doesn't say where) and gets ignition 12V+, black is grounded somewhere on the back of the passenger side cylinder head.

So basically the same setup; just Pink/White gets 12+ on ignition, and black is grounded for the heater inside the 02 sensor. Purple runs off to A10 on the ECM. Other than that, I couldn't tell you how it's routed, but take a look inside the wire loom, or just overlay the wire yourself up inside the cab until you find the purple wire up by the PCM.

Thanx again very much. I now have a place to start looking. I do not have to go back to work until the 2nd. So I intend on getting this problem fixed before I go back. The truck runs like crap. It will not idle smooth, when it is cold and you change gears, it wants to fall flat on it's face and die. My gas milage sucks too. I got to get this figured out.

 

Well there's somewhere to start! Personally, what I would do is buy some 18/16 gauge wire and just go right to the ECM and splice into the right wire. Go to A10, leave 6" of wire going into the ECM connector, and splice in your own wire, and run it yourself out to your 02 sensor. You'll have to find an 02 sensor plug that goes on the harness, but you can just solder the two together if you're desperate. It'll just make replacing the sensor harder down the road.
