Default Painted grille

Has any body tried to paint their factory grille? I did it on an S10 and it turned out pretty good but it was small so if there were any mistakes on it they weren't noticeable. I have an 03 silverado with the large cage style stock grille.
- any suggestions as far as paint goes?

are you talking about the chrome part that runs across the center or the whole thing? I think just the center chrome bar that goes across would look good.as for paint I'd go with PPG.

Nate,
Got any pics? what kind of paint?
I talking about painting the grey plastic fake metal grate on the top and the bottom of the grille with the emblem in between I'll leave the chrome alone.
My s10 looked pretty good but I used testor's model paint! I would never do that to my rado

Here is my painted grille on my 2000. I talked to my body about doing it and he ordered me in a Chevy work truck grill and we just painted it red to match. It looks like one you would buy from street scenes but with a lot less of the money into it.

The stance is attributed to the Eagle 058's. I love how it looked with those on. I'm at standard height right now and the tires are just 265/75 16, I just ordered a leveling kit for it and I'm actually looking sell these wheels and buy bigger ones so if anyone is interested in them PM me.
