part off old truck will fit on my newer truck? or no?!?!

Default part off old truck will fit on my newer truck? or no?!?!
I had an 2000 GMC Sierra and i took everything i had on it, off. And i was wanting to know if the throttle body spacer kit that i took off would fit on my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado?

Does it have the same enigne, a 5.3, or a 4.8, or a 6.0L? Need more details.

If it's a 5.3L, and looks exactly like your old one, and the bolt pattern is the same ... why wouldn't it work?

It should be the same if its the same engine and all that.
