For police cars around here there are a lot of chargers impalas crown vics and even some mangnums. But In the town that i was born in (east carbon) about half an hour from were i live now they have H3 hummers. Four of them to be exact. I tried to find a picture but had no luck. Colors are Red White Black and a greenish color. Two are brand new and have leather seates and sunroofs powered by V8 the other two are a few years old have the strait 5's and lockers in the back. All lights are hidden and they have some bad-*** decals on the side. My Unlce is the Cheif of police down there, I guess hes gone a little crazy.

I assume you're talking about my Integra. You know, you're right. 280HP does seem like a hell of number to be coming from a B18C1.
I never put the car on a dyno, so I have no tangible proof of gains. All I know is that I spent more money than I really ought to have on that thing.
I was after the most N/A horses I could find, starting with a bore out to 2 liters, port and polish, machined crank, racing pistons, Eagle H beam rods, upgraded fuel delivery system, highcap FPR/Injectors, ceramic headers, MSD ignition, lightweight pulleys, A/C delete, intake, exhaust...etc.
What sounds like a good number for HP to you? 190? 195? How about 200?
