Yeah I know what you mean bout the shell I hate the stupid thing. It was on there whenI bought it and so I just left it on there for the winter for the extra weight and to keep it dry. It will be coming off soon tho.

Thanks. The Nissan was an 89. The motor wasn't the greatest, but the rest of it was soild. I never so much as replaced a strut, ball joint, or anything like that in the three years I had it. The the head cracked and the timing chain skipped a tooth then no more motor! But I still miss it (and the gas mileage)!

 

yeah the gas mileage on those things is pretty good. especially when you compare it to a truck! lol
thats gotta suck when that chain skipped. did it die on you right then and there or were you able to limp home???
thats brutal!
