Default Power Seat problem

1999 Silverado. Power seat slides about 1/4 inch back and forth. Can make this happen by hand or when I stop the truck I the seat slides forward and then when I leave the stop sign/stop light it slides back. Looked around under the seat, all bolts tight. Seat just slides on the rails. What's going on?

I was thinking the same thing. Do you know if they are visible when I remove the seat?

boy this can get bad. I got the sockets took the seat out and took the scew drives out and found out that something on the square drive got ate up cause i picked pieces out. So I called dealer and they said can only order the whole bottom part of the seat for $300 or so[:@]. anybody had this same problem? I think there will be more.

I had this same exact problem on my 2000 gmc sierra. There is however, finally, a guy on ebay selling kits to fix them for $15, I put one in about a week ago that took all the slack out. Much better than the $1,100 the dealer quoted me.
He lists them as: GM/Chevy Power Seat Unwanted Movement/Play Repair Kit
