Projector headlights?

Has anyone bought the ones off Ebay, or any others? How do they work? Im thinking of buying them but I've seen many projectors that look like garbage!

So I take it nobody has the projector headlights. Has anyone taken the reflectors out of their headlights? I was thinking about going for cleared ones.
