question on removing rear wheel bearings
I have a 02 GMC sierra 2500HD 2wheel drive and I can't remove the hub so I can replace the bearings. I have already removed the retainer clip and nut and whatever else I had remove. I thought It came out by hitting it from behind with a hammer. The book says I need to remove the clip from inside the rear end. I did this job 9yrs ago and I did not thank that had to be removed. If I remember correct I don't even have to get in to the rear end. Is that the correct way to remove it and is their any tricks that might help?
