My 99 silverado seems to keep both wheels locked in. for example if i am pulling out of a wet road way and come on to it a bit the limited slip kicks in and both tires spin, but for a while after that it acts like i have a locker. any ideas or is that normal

 

It may stay engaged until you back up./...does it have the correct fluid in it?
