I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton,4 wd stepside. I have run into a problem while replacing rear brakes and rotors. I can't get emergency brake horse off, so I tried to put it back on. Can't get rotor on without it moving and locking up rear wheel. HELP!!!

 

take a picture but do you see a little star wheel thats threaded? you have to adjust the to make it looser because when the pad wore that kept moving up so that pads always stayed contacted
