I have a GMC 2001 Sierra C-3 pickup. I installed an amateur radio recently and am getting noise from the Fuel Pump (I believe). It's a constant noise, does not vary with speed and is a whining noise like a motor. I have crawled under the truck to get a look at the fuel tank but can't figure out where the fuel pump is. If I could find the wires leading to it, I believe I can build a filter to squelch the noise. If anyone has a description or a link to a schematic of where the pump is and/or the wires, I sure would be grateful.
