I have 2 problems here.

1. The preset seat option on my truck does not always seem to remember where I have it programed. It will change to an old setting at times even though I have cleared it and reset memory. Also numbered transmitter does not go to preset seting number that matches without pressing button on door. Dealership says latter issue was a removed feature, but I was told by salesman that is not true.

2. Easy seat exit feature is supposed to lower seat and move backward, but at times moves seat forward and up. Sometimes so close I can't get out without moving seat back, and I am not a real big guy.
