I have a 2005 Silverado and some the steering wheel function buttons are no longer lit up. Plus my horn has quit working. Could these two problems be related?

Has anyone else had these problems and how did you correct it?

I have one of the lights go out on the steering controls but it still functions. A few months back there was a post about replacing the lights, I believe it mention that the lights were not replaceable. Since it sounds like all your lights and horn went out maybe just a loose connection.
