Default Swap to a larger gas tank

I was wondering if anyone took out their 26 gal tank and replaced it with a bigger one? I'm interested in doing this do to the fact you can't go very far when pulling a trailer. If anyone has done this I would be interested in all the particulars, like all the parts, cost and procedure to do it. I have a 2016 1500 WT 5.3, with a 6.5 bed just to let you know what I'm working with. If it comes down to adding a second tank I would want to put it on the bottom so as not to take up bed space. I would also want a sending unit in it.

A quick search pulled up this. A bit pricey but it looks well engineered.

These are for diesel fuel only and do not meet emissions standards for trucks with a gas engine. Want a bigger gas tank then buy a Ram, Ford, or Toyota pickup with all have much larger gas tanks on their trucks.
