I am useing a 5.3 motor from my totaled truck and installing it in my 83 short bed.Where is the tac module located?When i remove the gas pedal is the wire harness a pigtail from pedal to tac?Of corse it depends on how much the insurance company wants to by the truck back if i do the swap.Thanks for the help,Mark
