I have a 2001 chevy silverado and bought some 2003 body style taillights on it and need to know if i need to get some kind of adapter or anything?? or rewiring and if so how??

 

im looking for those tails too,i have researched this and the only thing i found thats different is an extra brake lightbulb.you can cut the two plugs from a truck in the salvage yard and just splice into your brake light wires.one guy i talked to said he just put the bulb socket in to prevent the lens from fogging and didnt wire them.i hate the 99-02 taillights,but dont really like the aftermarket tails either.hope this helps.
