Default three inches higher?

after putting my 700lb plow on, the front end of my 1990 2500 is only 5 inches off the ground. my funds are running low and im trying to avoid a lift kit. any ideas on getting it up a couple inches? i was told to adjust the torchin bolts. does that make sense and/or is that a good idea?

Yeah crank the torsion bars. You can add some coil boosters also.
