I got a 2002 GMC Sierra and when you push the Tow/Haul button no message is displayed in the message information center, yeah I know post it the GMC Sierra forum, but this forum has twice as many post as the other. Besides the shroud around the column should be the same or very close to it. Argon once said in a posting titled "Tow/Haul and rear diff question..." "I've seen a couple of tow switches bad..thats probably it. You replace the shifter handle...not to tuff...the shroud around the column is the biggest bitch". So I am asking for the way to unsnap the shroud with out cracking it, please. [:@]
