I'm looking for info on what years of tranny I can swap into my 2000 4x4 ext. cab 5.3. Or do I need a rebuild. I can not find one easily, best option is a 95 4l60e, will it fit. Anybody in Ontario have one? I put questions on gmc site but was told chev sight has more users. Tranny I have lost 3rd gear and I would rather replace than rebuild. Upgrades are an option but 4l80e are just as rare Help!?
