sounds like possibly a failed fuel pressure regulator

I had a problem similar to this when I had my 97' Sierra. The entire right bank would flood out. The problem ended up being one of my 02 sensors. It went bad and just kept telling the computer to richen the fuel mixture. I used an OBDII scan tool to find out which sensor it was, but I am not sure if a 95' used OBDII, as that is the time frame they were switching some over. One other way you may be able to diagnose this is disconnect the battery cable for a while so the computer and sensors reset. If it is an 02 sensor it will run fine for a little bit until the fuel mixture gets too rich and starts flooding it out again. Just something to possibly look into. Good luck.
