Default TV cable plastic end

I searched and didn't see anything relevant ...

The little plastic fitting on the end of my TV cable is broke and the trannt aint shifting right. I've read on the net to go to the dealer's parts counter and get one, but ... for an 89 silverado ... I'd get laughed at.

Any clue as to where I can get one? I can get the whole TV cable from Autozone, but I'd rather look into the actual end before I go replacing the whole thing ...

Thanks

I actually found someone who makes a replacement end. I called advanced and they said that they could get me one. They don't stock it, but they ordered me one.

Part # is YR-100. I'll pick it up tomorrow and let you know if it works or not, but if not, it looks like ATP Y-752 has an end in the package that should work.

Can't beat it for $2.09

Hopefully someone else will be able get use from this too.

I guess I forgot to say if it worked or not ...

Works perfect. I used a pair of pliers to break off what was left of the old end, it just crumbled off, and the new one just clips right on perfect. It's probably the newest looking thing in the engine compartment
