Default Wheel cleaner

I'm not sure how this is gonna work out so I want some input from ya'll.
My aftermarket wheels (all 4) have bubbles in the chrome. They are only 1 year old. I have contacted the dealership that provided them with the truck and MKW, the maker of the wheel. Just in case they tell me it's my fault I want to know what you use to clean your wheels and if you have recorded any problems with a particular cleaner.
I currently use Eagle 1 for the light stuff and NeverDull for the more persistant grime.

Thanks in advance.

I have always used Eagle 1 for my rims. No Problems. Have had rims for 3 yrs. I have never touched 'NeverDull' before.....
