I'm trying to install a new cd player in my 95 silverado. I hooked the power, acc, and ground up and turned the key on...nothing. No power. So i decided to check the radio fuse. The fuse box should be under the dash to the left of the steering column right? Nope wasn't there. So I checked under the hood. The only thing there was the fuse relay box. No fuse for the radio. So where the heck is it. i found something under the dash that appears to be a fuse box, but there are no fuses or relays in it. Nor does it say anything about the radio fuse. HELP!!

On my 97 it is on the drivers side right next to the tab that goes in and out for the dome lights, although not sure if thats where yours would be

 

Check between the dash and the door like the left side of the speedo. I had a 96 but I really cant remember were it was but thats were mine is now.

Wow. It's been so long since I've worked on anyvehicle newer than a 90'. I completely forgot that some vehicles had them located so you could only get to it if the door was open. I feel really stupid now. thanks for the help guys.
