Hmmm... Does your door always close good?Passenger side? I got rearended 5 or 6 months ago. I was stoped anda friend smashed into the back of me at about 30. For a whilethe door worked normally. Then out of the blue, it was rediculouly hard to close. You can slam it and it wont close sometimes. I think its a bent frame, but I dont really know. Havnt got it checked out. Just seein if you have the same symptoms as mine, to make sure that my entire truck is all jacked up from the wreck.

My 05' has some wind noise from the rear doors, but I have a crew cab. It is not very loud though. Also I can feel the A/c coming from the rear seal of the door on the outside. I haven't really thought much about it, especially since I didn't notice it till warantee was out and it doesn't bother me. Probably a different issue but thought it might help. Anybody else experience this?

I have a 2005 2500hd with 24k miles on it. The driver door is harder to close - is there a fix/adjustment? It's an extended cab, so it closes against that door, but it still isn't as good as other (same model) trucks and not as good as passenger's.

I love my dodge because the doors shut so easy with a good thunk, but all the chevy's I've owned you have to slam them.

Dude. Try rolling your window down and putting your knee on the lower half of the door and pull (in towards the cab) on the top of the door jam. Out here in Sicily all these GD Italians pry the doors open to break into your car. They dont bother breaking the windows,I guessjust prying your doors open is easier so they cansteal your STEERING WHEEL COVER and your CD case, NOT YOUR CD's, JUST THE CASE! Anyways..Thedoors on my truckwere a little noisy when I went home on leave and I used this method and they weny quiet again..

Hold on a sec. Let me plug Dynamat real quick. Man, I put Dynamat on the inside of my doors and the cab of my truck is really quiet. Even with my mud tires..

I agree. Wind noise usually is caused in some way by a window problem.
