Is there a difference between a manual window regulator and power window regulator? My passenger side window will not roll down as the bracket that houses the window has broken.

Is there another name for this or would it be a manual regulator? Reason I ask is because everywhere I look the regulators state power and I cannot find anything for a 2002 without the power motor. If anybody can help I greatly appreciate it.
