Wipers only work on high

Window wipers are only working on high speed, low and intermitent no longer work...how do I fix this...thanks

I had to replace the wiper motor. I believe there wasa service announcement on wiper motors several years ago.

check the printed circuit board in wiper control module. I had same problem $40 did the trick for me
