Is it worth changing gear ratios?

Is it worth changing gear ratios from 4.10 to 3.73 in the front and rear of a 2500hd with a 6.0 in hopes of improved gas mileage?

The cost of the change wouldn't be worth the benefit from increased mileage IMO.
