Default new guy with a few "Q"

so the other day my ford sho broke down and coasted into a dodge dealership , long story short i was tired of putting money into the sho , so i purchased a 98 dodge dakota sport. non 4 wheel drive. anyway it seems to run pretty good - however...... when it rains and sits overnight the back brakes seem to stick , the back tires drag big time. im thinking it might be bad wheel cylinders? i just need some more input on this. could this be the prob? they are drum brakes in the rear. also my speakers in the rear are blown , what kind of job would i be looking at , if i were to replace those speakers? i dont see any screws to remove that huge back cover? any input? thanks for any help.

im not sure about your brakes but for your speakers... you might just need to take the whole door panel off and unscrew the speaker from the back?
