Default 98 Ram rear end

Anyone ever rebuilt or replaced the bearing/ring gear in their rear end?

Looking for tips, advice, etc.

Thanks!

Find a local Heavy Line shop that does big rig work or something related. These guys are very good at what they do and usually cheaper that your local backyard transmission chop shop. Plus they have all the tough parts that can take alot of hits to it and keep going. You can usually plan on spending about 300 to 500 in p&l.
