I have a 2008 Dodge RAM 1500 with a 3.7L V6.

Charged up system and clutch will not turn on.

Any ideas why?

 

How can I bench test the clutch with it still in the truck?

 

Could it be that I'm just too low on refrigerant?

Could the low pressure switch be locking out the clutch?

I think I may be answering my own questions here.

Maybe I can bypass the low pressure switch with a jumper wire but then again, I don't want to fry it..

I would add more refrigerant but I'm trying to figure this out without gauges.

 

Any ideas?
