Default Clutch problems

Hey guys i bought this truck off a person and it seems to have some clutch problems. truck is 1993 f250 single cab gas truck. so here is my problem
when i put the clutch to the floor and i am starting off in first. the clutch engages slightly off the floor. and when im putting the clutch in the first inch or two is play. its hard to get the sucker into gear lol even if i do mash that thing to the floor lol. any ideas ? do i have to change out all the bushings and what not or would i need to redo the clutch.. or just add fluid? and if so where the f do i do that because i couldnt find it . or its right there and im just to tierd after work to find it. let me know guys thanks!
