2001 Cummins Spudder after installing Comp Box
I just installed a edge comp box on my 2001 Dodge 2500 cummins. After installing, I took my truck out to see what it had for power. I stopped and tried power braking it, just before it hits 2000 rpms it spudders and does not go over 2000 rpms. If I watch the exhause, black smoke comes out until my rpms hit that spot just below 2000 rpms. If I shut off the box and do the same thing, my rpms go over 2000 rpms. Please give my your input on this. Is there A way to bypass this. I plan on doing pulls and I won't be able to build up the turbo with this happening.
